Q. How do I book a tour?
A.
Click the “Tours and Tickets” page above, then choose which San Antonio Brewery Tour you were looking to do and the date, fill out all the necessary information, and that’s pretty much it.  Please call us if you have any difficulty booking a tour.

Q. What is the price of your tours?
A.  
Prices per tour:
East Side Ride Tour: $65 or $40 for non drinkers (must be 21+)
Brews in Burbs Tour:$65 or $40 for non drinkers (must be 21+)
VIP Event (Book the entire bus): $845

Q. What’s included in the price?
A. Our tours are ALL INCLUSIVE! They include a safe and sober ride to and from the breweries on our brew bus, more than enough delicious local beer and Texas Bourbon, brewery gratuity, a pint glass, a San Antonio Brewery Tours Koozie, Water, a snack, and a fun and knowledgeable tour guide.

Q. Do I have to be 21 to buy a ticket?
A.
Yes! ALL I.D.s will be checked at least once by San Antonio Brewery Tour staff, and there is a chance your I.D. will be checked at other establishments we visit as well.

Q. Where do you pick up and where do I park?
A. It depends on the tour. Pick up locations are listed for each tour under the descriptions on our Tours and Tickets page. There is free parking at each pickup location.

Q. What time is pick-up?
A.
It depends on the tour. Pick up times are listed for each tour under the descriptions on our Tours and Tickets page. We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. The bus will depart promptly at the tour’s listed start time.

Q. How long are the tours?
A. Each tour is approximately 5 hours.

Q. How big are your tours?
A. 13 People is our maximum capacity.

Q. Do I have to make a reservation?
A.
If you want a guaranteed seat you must make a reservation in advance. We are unable to secure your reservation without payment in full. If you are unable to make a reservation in advance but would still like to join us on a tour, please call us (214-732-7032) so we can help get you on the bus pending availability and tour time.

Q. Do you offer private tours?
A.  Yes we do! There are two ways you may book a private tour.

1) Select a tour on our Tours and Tickets page. If there are not any seats booked for that particular tour then there will be an option to book a VIP event. This is an option to rent the whole bus.

2) We are also happy to book dates that are not listed on our Tours and Tickets page. Visit out Private tours page and fill out a request form with the dates you would like to request and any other special requests, or contact Jill Garica at (214)732-7032.

*The maximum capacity for private tour is 13 passengers.

Q. What payments are accepted?
A. 
For bookings on our website or over the phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. We recommend that you bring cash if you would like to make purchases during the tour such as beer, food, or brewery merchandise.

Q. Can you drink in the bus?
A. On our public tours drinking is reserved only for the breweries. Don’t worry you will be provided with more than enough delicious craft beer to quench you thirst! We do have warm and cold storage available on the bus for any purchases you make along the tour, though.

*On you VIP even tours only, guest may BYOB in the bus if they choose to do so.

Q. What is your policy on intoxication before and during the tour?
A. 
If a person is visibly intoxicated before the tour begins, we have to right to deny your entrance onto the tour.  During the tour, if a customer disobeys, disrespects, causes any physical or emotional harm to any property, staff, or the group as a whole, their entire group will be removed from the tour. If either of these situations occur, no refund will be provided.

Q. Is a tip for your tour guide included in the price?
A.   Your tour guides are always appreciative of tips, although they are not required. If they did an awesome job let them know, tips are always a great way to show your appreciation.

Q. Will you wait for me if I’m running late?
A.
If you have provided us with a contact number, we will try to call you at least a few minutes before we leave. Because we are dealing with so many different businesses and moving parts, though, we simply cannot leave any later than the departure time listed for each tour. We therefore strongly suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.

Q. Can I reschedule my tour?
A.
Yes. As long as you give us more than a 72 hour notice from the date of your scheduled tour. No date changes can be made less than 72 hours before a tour.

Q. What if I have to cancel my reservation?
A.
We will be bummed that you won’t be joining us, but if you give us more than a 72 hour notice, we will refund your money minus a 15% processing fee. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS available less than 72 hours prior to tour time.

*Private tour cancellation: We require a payment of 30% of your total tour cost in advance as a deposit to secure the date and finalize reservations for your tour. The deposit is NON-refundable in the event that you cancel prior to the tour date and non-transferrable once we secure a date and time. The remaining balance will be due 72 hours before the tour.

Q. What if I book for the wrong date?
A.
If you book for the wrong date and call us within 72 hours, we are happy to transfer your tour to the correct date at no additional fee. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if you book for the wrong date, and then do not show up for your tour! Please carefully review your tour details before your book.

Q. What if I do not show up for my tour because I forgot?
A.
As sad as we will be that you missed, we are unable to provide you a refund or transfer your booking. Please make sure to check your email regularly. We send you several email reminders before the tour to make sure you don’t miss out!

Q. Could my tour get cancelled?
A. 
Not likely, but it’s possible. In the event of severe weather or a lack of tour-goers, the tour may be canceled. If there are less than six (6) seats booked for a tour, that tour may be subject to cancellation (so bring all of your friends and family)!If there are less than six (6) seats booked for a tour, we will notify you 48 hours prior to your tour and try to reschedule you to an alternate date/time. If you can’t reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
